Referees will be provided by the tournament, and will be selected for the tournament by assignors from the Hawaii State Referee Association (HSRA).
4v4 and 7v7 age group games will have 1 center referee. All other age group games will have one center referee and two assistant referees (line judges). Decisions of the center referee are final.
